Meeting to commence at 10:00 a.m. to deal with Declarations of Interest and a resolution to conduct the Meeting in the absence of the public. The Board will immediately meet in the absence of the public (referred to as “Committee of the Whole”) to deal with matters related to labour relations and employee negotiations.

Resolution to conduct the meeting in the absence of the public (Committee of the Whole) in accordance with Section 29(A)(4) of the by-law to govern Commission proceedings and Section 190 (2)(d) of the City of Toronto Act for the purpose of discussing matters related to labour relations and employee negotiations.
