Meetings are held at either Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen Street West, Toronto or TTC Head Office above Davisville Station, 1900 Yonge Street. The location will be confirmed in the Agenda.

Budget Committee

The Budget Committee is responsible for establishing the budget strategy for the Annual TTC and Wheel-Trans budgets and for the Capital Program and Capital Forecast.

The Human Resources and Labour Relations Committee assists the Board in fulfilling its obligations relating to labour relations, human resources, health and safety, and compensation matters and to establish a plan of continuity of senior management.
