This role is ideal for you if you possess:

  • Minimum 1-2 years face to face Customer Service experience
  • A non-probationary Ontario Driver’s License, Class “G” in good standing
  • A Grade 12 Secondary School Diploma or its recognized equivalent
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and courteously with the public
  • Experience with disability accommodation and accessibility requirements
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule which includes various shifts (nights, split shifts, weekends and holidays)
  • Large commercial vehicle driving experience is considered an asset
  • Professional experience working with persons with disabilities is considered an asset
