Routes 68B travel between Toronto and York Region. PRESTO cards can only be used on TTC buses in Toronto. Please do the following when paying your fare on these routes:

  • Travelling from York Region to Toronto: Pay fare using TTC fare and YRT fare plus (YRT fare or TTC fare plus cash supplement)
  • Travelling from Toronto to York Region: Pay fare in Toronto with a PRESTO card or TTC fare. When exiting the bus in York Region, pay your YRT fare using YRT fare or TTC fare plus cash supplement

All TTC buses (except Community and Wheel-Trans buses) have bike racks so that you can bring your bike with you on your journey. Depending on the bus type, bike racks can hold one or two bikes. The racks are easy to load and unload, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

All accessories must be removed from the bike prior to loading as they may impede operators' sight lines. Please remove water bottles, air pumps, panniers, child carriers, solid baskets, bags and other loose items before boarding. The Operator has the right to refuse use of the bike rack to keep clear sightlines.

The 68 Warden bus route operates between Warden Station on Line 2 Bloor-Danforth, the area of Warden Avenue and Steeles Avenue East, and the area of Warden Avenue and Major Mackenzie Drive East in the Town of Markham, generally in a north-south direction. Accessible service is provided on the route. Bike racks are available on this route.

Two services are operated. The 68A (Warden Stn-Steeles) branch operates at all times, seven days a week. The 68B (Warden Stn-Major Mackenzie) branch operates until approximately 9:45 pm only, seven days a week.

Northbound 68A TO STEELES

These buses operate from Warden Station via north on Warden Avenue to the Warden/Steeles off-street loop (on the west side of Warden Avenue, north of Steeles Avenue East).

Southbound 68A TO WARDEN STN

These buses operate from the Warden/Steeles off-street loop via south on Warden Avenue, and east on St. Clair Avenue East to Warden Station.

Northbound 68B TO MAJOR MACKENZIE/EXTRA FARE REQUIRED NORTH OF STEELES

These buses operate from Warden Station via north on Warden Avenue, and east on Major Mackenzie Drive East to Angus Glen Community Centre (looping around the building).

Southbound 68B TO WARDEN STN

These buses operate from Angus Glen Community Centre via west on Major Mackenzie Drive East, south on Warden Avenue, and east on St. Clair Avenue East to Warden Station.
