Ossington Station - staircase closed for rehabilitation work

Work description and purpose
The concourse-to-street level staircase at Ossington Station will be closed for rehabilitation work from Monday, March 6, 2017 to Monday, May 1, 2017.
Concourse-to-street level staircase rehabilitation work details:
- One of the concourse-to-street level staircases will be closed so that crews can safely conduct rehabilitation work which includes restoring the existing staircase structure and installing new concrete and tiles.
- The escalator adjacent to this staircase will remain available for customer use in the “up” direction.
- Wayfinding signage will be place to direct customers to other available staircases.
The majority of work will take place between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Noise and vibration
Noise and vibration associated with construction is expected. Efforts will be made to keep noise levels to a minimum.
