501 Queen streetcars will operate between McCaul Loop and Neville Park Loop.

301 Queen Streetcars will operate between York Street and Neville Park Loop, via Church Street, Richmond Street East, Richmond Street West and York Street.

501L/301L Queen buses will operate between Long Branch Loop and Jarvis Street, via Jarvis Street, Richmond Street East and Church Street.

501P Queen buses will operate between Park Lawn Loop and Jarvis Street, via Jarvis Street, Richmond Street East and Church Street.
