112 West Mall - Service reliability improvement
Effective date: January 6, 2020
Weekday schedules will be revised on this route to better reflect actual operating conditions and to improve service reliability for customers. Service levels will also be reduced in the afternoon peak period and evening periods so that resources may be reallocated to improve service reliability.
Combined service in the afternoon peak period will be reduced from every 8 minutes to every 8 to 9 minutes. Service in the evening will be reduced from every 15 to 16 minutes to every 18 to 20 minutes.
