Revised Lane Restrictions on St. Regis Crescent February 23 and 24, 2013

Construction wraps up this month on the north side of St. Regis Crescent, east of Keele Street, on a portion of work associated with the construction of the southern tunnels. Work crews will be working the weekend of Saturday, February 23 to Sunday, February 24, 2013. The City of Toronto has approved a noise by-law amendment which allows the Project contractors to perform overnight and weekend work to minimize traffic disruptions and keep the project on schedule. This work is weather permitting.
Construction work involves:
• Utility connections and road reinstatement.
Work Hours
• Weekend work will take place from Saturday, February 23 to Sunday, February 24, 2013. Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Lane Restrictions
Lane restrictions continue on St. Regis Crescent which will be restricted to a single lane during the day and return to two lanes at night. Traffic flag personnel will be stationed near the work zone to ensure safe traffic flow.
Due to the nature of the work motorists may face traffic delays.
Pedestrian Access
The sidewalks will remain open at all times to maintain pedestrian access during this portion of construction.
