Free Wi-Fi is available on all buses along the 35 Jane and 102 Markham Road routes. This initiative is part of a two-phased proof-of-concept pilot the TTC is running to test a variety of Wi-Fi service models and gather feedback from customers to help inform its Request for Proposal for a fully-managed Customer Wi-Fi Network on buses and streetcars, to be issued later this year. Additional routes will be added later this summer.

This aligns with a larger City of Toronto program, called ConnectTO, aimed at prioritizing and providing free Wi-Fi access to support high-priority neighbourhoods across the city, by using existing city assets.

You can log onto the Wi-Fi by selecting the TTCPublicWiFi network on your device. You will need to accept the Terms and Conditions each time you access the service. More detailed instructions to log on are available on the Instructions to connect to the free Wi-Fi on select TTC buses

Your feedback is important, please share your experience using the TTC free Wi-Fi by completing this suggestion form.
