TTC Taste of the Danforth stations: Broadview, Chester, Pape and Donlands
August 6, 2010
With a number of road closures this weekend, the TTC is the better way to explore the 17th annual Taste of the Danforth. Get on the Bloor-Danforth Subway and get off at Broadview, Chester, Pape or Donlands subway stations for direct access into the three-day event.
From 11 a.m. on Friday, August 6, to midnight Sunday, August 8, Danforth Ave. will be closed from Broadview Ave. to Jones Ave. The 72 Pape bus will run from Donlands Station starting on Friday at 11 a.m. TTC night bus services – the 300 Bloor-Danforth and the 303 Don Mills – will be diverting around Danforth Avenue, between Broadview and Jones.
For the Taste of the Danforth, customers are encouraged to take advantage of the TTC Day Pass. For $10.00 each day, a group of up to six people (maximum two adults over the age of 19) can enjoy unlimited travel all day.
