TTC unveils first Customer Charter

TTC Chair Karen Stintz, CEO Andy Byford and Chief Customer Officer Chris Upfold will unveil the first TTC Customer Charter tomorrow afternoon at Bloor-Yonge Station.
Following the announcement, members of the TTC Executive team will greet customers and share the Customer Charter with them.
