Toronto Moves for March 2014
Building transit capacity goes hand-in-hand with building funding momentum
March 28, 2014
In last week’s column, I referred to the need to secure sustained, affordable, guaranteed funding to enable the TTC to offer the improved service that Toronto needs and that customers rightly demand.
- Reliability of TTC subway service will improve as signal systems are upgraded
March 21, 2014 - As customers on Line 1 (Yonge-University-Spadina) are all too aware, the last few weeks have been punctuated by a series of delays – mainly due to signal problems, and often during peak hours.
- Creating pride in the TTC for riders and employees alike
March 14, 2014 - Modernization of the TTC means much more than the introduction of shiny new vehicles – we want you to feel valued as a customer and for every interaction with the TTC to be a positive, professional one.
- A more pleasant TTC experience and improved reliability go hand-in-hand
March 6, 2014 - The pilot phase of new signage at Bloor-Yonge Station that was unveiled this week is just one part of our drive to modernize the TTC and make the system easier to use for all of our customers.
There are no major disruptions at this time.
