The 512 St Clair streetcar route operates between St Clair Station on the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway and the area of St. Clair Avenue West and Keele Street, generally in an east-west direction. It also serves the St Clair West Station on the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway. St Clair Station is an accessible subway station.

All streetcars on this route are low-floor accessible.
One single service is operated: the 512 (St Clair Stn-Keele) branch operates at all times, seven days a week.
The route is part of the 10 Minute Network, and operates 10 minutes or better, all day, every day.
Westbound 512 TO KEELE
These streetcars operate from St Clair Station via west on St. Clair Avenue East, west on St. Clair Avenue West, through St Clair West Station, and continuing west on St. Clair Avenue West to Gunns Loop (on the northwest corner of St. Clair Avenue West and Gunns Road).
Eastbound 512 TO ST CLAIR STATION
These streetcars operate from Gunns Loop via east on St. Clair Avenue West, through St Clair West Station, continuing east on St. Clair Avenue West, and east on St. Clair Avenue East to St Clair Station.
