City of Toronto RESCU Traffic Cameras

RESCU is a traffic management system used to detect disruptions to traffic flow along the Don Valley Parkway, Gardiner Expressway, Lake Shore Boulevard and Allen Road. Select a RESCU camera by clicking on a coloured dot on the map. A live view from that camera location will be displayed.

Tunnel Boring Update!

Celebrating the final breakthrough.

Tunnel boring machines Holey and Moley completed the southern tunnels in early March of 2013, drilling a total of 2.8 kms of twin tunnels and placed 1,826 rings. Yorkie and Torkie completed the northern tunnels and on November 8, 2013 Torkie broke through the headwall at the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station, completing the twin tunnelling for the project.
