Vanier Lane Restrictions on August 17 and 18, 2013

August 15, 2013

Beginning on Saturday, August 17 until Sunday, August 18, 2013 there will be rolling lane restrictions on Vanier Lane at York University for the removal of tunnel monitoring equipment.

These lane restrictions are expected to last from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Traffic flag personnel will be stationed near the work zone to redirect deliveries through Vanier Lane and ensure safe traffic and pedestrian flow. Parking lot access for the York Lanes Parking Lot will be maintained.

Tunnel monitoring equipment is no longer required on the York University campus as the subway tunnels were completed last year.  Monitoring equipment for the construction of the subway station box will remain on campus.

As construction continues at the York University Station Site, construction related notices will be issued.
