Eastbound Lane Restriction on Highway 7 from Interchange Way to Jane Street on March 19, 2014

The eastbound curb lane will be closed on Highway 7 from Interchange Way to Jane Street on March 19, 2014, after the morning rush hour, in order to repair construction fencing. The eastbound lane restriction will occur from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Three lanes will remain open westbound and two lanes will remain open eastbound. Motorists may face traffic delays.

Motorists please obey all signs and slow down through this construction zone.

Work Hours

The work will occur after the morning rush hour from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The City of Vaughan has approved a noise by-law amendment which allows the contractor to perform overnight and weekend work when required to minimize long term disruption and to keep the project on schedule.

Transit delays may be experienced on YRT/Viva Highway 7/Centre 77 Route and the Brampton 501 Route.

Please use extra care when travelling on Highway 7 between Interchange Way and Jane Street.
