e-Alerts are email notifications that are sent to you when TTC service disruptions occur.

You can configure your My TTC e-Services Profile to control when you receive service disruptions. This includes:

  • Selecting specify time periods or days to receive service disruption notifications.
  • Selecting which category of service disruption notifications to receive.
  • Selecting only those bus routes, streetcar routes, subway / RT lines, for which you want to receive service disruption notifications.

You can add up to 10 unique e-Alerts to your My TTC e-Services Profile.
