You will need to create a My TTC e-Services Profile in order to receive service disruptions and TTC Communications (i.e. e-Newsletter) by email.

Step One – Displaying the My e-Services Registration Page

  • From the TTC.ca Home Page, click the “Register with My TTC e-Services or sign in to update your profile” link.

Step Two – Enter Your Email Address

Enter your email address. You must give your email address a name such as Home or Work. You are required to re-enter the email address for confirmation purposes.

Step Three – Enter a User Name and Password

  • Enter your preferred user name. This user name is how the system identifies you.
  • Enter a password. Your selected password must be between 8-20 characters, have at least one alphanumeric character, and cannot contain any special characters – for example: / \ * @.
  • You are required to re-enter your password for confirmation purposes.

The user name and password are required when accessing your My TTC e-Services Profile.

Step Four – Enter Your Name

Entering your name in the "Enter My Name" text box is optional and only serves to personalize your profile.

Step Five – My TTC e-Services Usage Statement

Indicate you understand the terms of usage.

Step Six – Submit the Form

Click the “Register” button. An error message will be displayed if:

  • The user name entered is already taken.
  • The email address was not given a name.
  • The email addresses entered do not match.
  • The passwords entered do not match.
  • The password entered does not contain 8 to 20 characters, does not consist of at least one letter, or contains special characters.
  • All errors must be corrected in order to proceed to the next step.
  • If no errors are detected a confirmation page is displayed containing further instructions.

You will also receive an email containing an authorization code. Please make note of the authorization code. You will need this code to complete the next step.

Dear TTC Rider:

Thank you for registering for My TTC e-Services.

To complete the registration process, simply follow the steps listed below:

  1. You MUST sign into My TTC e-Services and activate your account within 7 days at http://www.ttc.ca/user/loginPage.action using the username and password you just created.
  2. If you do not sign into My TTC e-Services and activate your account within the 7 day timeframe your account will automatically be deleted. Once your account has been deleted, you will be required to register again to access My TTC e-Services.
  3. Once signed-in you will be asked to enter the activation code by copying and pasting it from this email or by typing it in.
  4. Do not reply to this email.

Step Seven – Complete the Registration Process

  • Click the “Sign in” link contained the Registration Confirmation Page.

  • Enter your user name and password and click the red “Sign In” button.

  • Click the “Manage My Personal Information” link. Please Note: A message will appear indicating the email address specified when registering has not been activated.

  • Click the “Activate this email address” link.

If you misplace the email containing the authorization code, you can request another activation code by clicking the “Resend the activation code to this email address” link. You can only request a new authorization code once every 24 hours..

  • Enter the authorization code and click the red “Activate” button.

  • You will receive an email confirming you have successfully completed the registration process.

Sign into My TTC e-Services at http://www.ttc.ca/user/loginPage.action to view or update your profile information. Once signed in you can:

  • Add, modify and remove TTC e-Alerts and manage your subscription preferences.
  • Temporarily suspend your TTC e-Alerts notifications
  • Add, modify and remove TTC email communications such as the TTC e-Newsletters
