Register with My TTC e-Services to receive customized email e-Alerts regarding all major subway, bus, and streetcar service disruptions.

All the fields marked with Required are required to register for My TTC e-Services.

Signing In

Once registered, you can sign into your My TTC e-Services Profile at any time to:

  • Add, modify and remove e-Alerts and manage your subscription preferences.
  • Temporarily suspend your e-Alerts notifications.
  • Add, modify and remove TTC email communications such as the TTC e-Newsletters.

Spam Filters

To prevent e-Alerts from being blocked by your anti-spam software, add the domain, myttce-alerts.com, to your email's list of approved senders. If you require assistance in configuring your spam filter, please contact your Internet service provider.

Email Address

Please enter the email address that will be used to manage your My TTC e-Services account.

Username & Password

The username may contain a maximum of 20 characters consisting of letters or numbers or a combination of letters and numbers. The password is case sensitive and must contain 8 to 20 characters containing at least one letter and containing no special characters.

My Name

Your name will be displayed after you sign in.

My TTC e-Services Usage statement

My TTC e-Services will notify TTC customers, who registered, of updates associated with the TTC services that the customer has selected.

TTC will only use your email address to provide you with e-Alert updates and TTC email communications. TTC will not sell or give your email address to any outside entity. For more information see the TTC Privacy Policy.

At any time, you may change the email address that receive the e-Alerts, temporarily suspend your e-Alerts notifications, or delete your My TTC e-Services Profile.

The TTC is not responsible for inadvertent errors or omissions of e-Alerts messages.

Your Internet service provider or pager or cellular carrier may charge a 'per-message' fee. You will be responsible for these charges. This is not a TTC fee. It is strongly recommended that you contact your service provider BEFORE registering to My TTC e-Services Profile.
