- Governance Issues Related to Toronto Transit Consultants Limited
Chair Stintz moved approval of the recommendation contained in the staff report subject to Vice-Chair Milczyn being appointed on March 8, 2011 as the Commission’s Proxy and Commissioner Kelly retaining his role as a Director of Toronto Transit Consultants Limited (TTCL).
The motion by Chair Stintz carried.
