Making the TTC a Diverse and Inclusive Organization
The TTC has taken a hard look at many of our existing practices - both in how we interact with our customers and employees. Diversity and inclusion has become a top priority, as we strive to become a leader in the industry on confronting existing issues and making meaningful changes to address them.

Diversity and Inclusion Questionnaire
Candidates who apply for positions at the TTC will notice a new feature in the application process. As part of the TTC’s commitment to upholding the values of equity, diversity, anti-racism and inclusion in the workplace, applicants will be asked to complete a questionnaire that asks a variety of questions related to diversity. A summary of the responses received from all completed questionnaires will be used to help identify barriers to employment, to assess application trends, and to inform the development of TTC recruitment and outreach programs. Your participation in completing the questionnaire is completely voluntary, and no program, service or benefit will be withheld if you choose not to answer the questions. Any information provided will be kept in the strictest of confidence and will be used on an aggregate basis only for the purposes collected. Access to the collected information will be limited to the Talent Management department.
The TTC is committed to providing accessibility throughout its recruitment process. For any accommodation inquiries, please contact TTC Human Resources – Talent Management at 416-393-4564 or emailjobs@ttc.ca.
