A Special meeting of the TTC Human Resources & Labour Relations Committee was held in the 7th Floor Executive Boardroom at 1900 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario, on Friday, January 27, 2017 commencing at 1:10 p.m. The meeting recessed at 1:11 p.m. to meet as the Committee of the Whole.

Vice-Chair Heisey moved that the Human Resources & Labour Relations Committee approve the minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday, December 6, 2016.

The motion by Vice-Chair Heisey carried.

The Committee requested further reports related to Item 3 of the December 6, 2016 minutes on the following:

  • Benefit Comparisons

  1. Collective Bargaining Timelines
    The Human Resources and Labour Relations Committee:
    1. Adopted the recommendations as set out in the confidential attachment; and
    2. Authorized that the information contained in the confidential attachment remains confidential it is entirety as it contains information pertaining to labour relations and employee negotiations.
  2. 2017 CEO Goals & Objectives
    The Human Resources and Labour Relations Committee referred endorsement of the 2017 CEO Goals & Objectives, as outlined in the Confidential Attachment, for a further report to come forward at a Special Human Resources and Labour Relations Committee meeting on February 21, 2017. The meeting adjourned at 2:43 p.m.
