The Shareholder reviewed and approved the minutes of Shareholder Meeting No. 165 held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 and authorized the Chair and General Secretary to sign the same.

The Shareholder approved the election of the 11 TTC Commissioners as Directors of Toronto Coach Terminal Inc.
3. Receipt of Proxy
The Shareholder of Toronto Coach Terminal Inc. (TCTI) received the proxy from the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), as sole shareholder to vote 10,000 common shares on its behalf at any Shareholder meeting held during the year.
