The Shareholder reviewed and approved the minutes of Shareholder Meeting No. 175 held on Thursday, June 12, 2018.and authorized the Chair and General Secretary to sign the same.

2. Election of Directors
The Shareholders elected the following TTC Commissioners as Directors of Toronto Coach Terminal Inc.: Brad Bradford, Shelley Carroll, Joanne De Laurentiis, Alan Heisey, Q.C., Jim Karygiannis, Ron Lalonde, Jennifer McKelvie, Denzil Minnan-Wong and Jaye Robinson.
3. Receipt of Proxy
The Shareholder of the Toronto Coach Terminal Inc. (TCTI) received the proxy from the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), as sole shareholder to vote 10,000 common shares on its behalf at any Shareholder meeting held during the year.
The meeting adjourned at 9:43 a.m.
