1. Draft Consolidated Financial Statements of the Toronto Coach Terminal Inc. (TCTI) for the Year Ended December 31, 2020 (For Action)
It is recommended that the TCTI Directors:
- Approve the draft consolidated financial statements of Toronto Coach Terminal Inc. for the year ended December 31, 2020; and
- Forward a copy of the approved consolidated financial statements to the Shareholders for information and to the City Manager, City of Toronto, as requested by City Council at its meeting held on May 8, 2012.
