The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) returns to the city from Sept. 5 to Sept. 15 with some TTC services being impacted. Street celebrations will result in the closure of King St. W. between Peter St. and University Ave. starting 5 a.m. on Thurs., Sept. 5 until 5 a.m. Mon., Sept. 9.

Extended subway service for Nuit Blanche . The TTC is extending subway service on Lines 1 and 2 all night this weekend to help customers travel around the city and view Nuit Blanche exhibits with ease.

Blue Night Network 30-minute or better service, from approximately 1:30 a.m. to the start of subway service (approximately 6 a.m. on weekdays and Saturdays; 8 a.m. on Sundays).

Regular service Operates all day, every day, until 1 a.m. One or more branches operate as part of the 10-Minute Network. 10-minute or better service from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. Monday to Saturday; operates from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Sundays.

The TTC's network of express buses makes it easier for you to move across the city as quickly and efficiently as possible. Express Network routes have green route lozenges and 900-series route numbers to distinguish them from other bus and streetcar routes.

RapidTO: Eglinton East was the first roadway studied for transit priority measures. In October 2020, 8.5 kilometres of bus lanes were installed along Eglinton Avenue. East., Kingston Road. and Morningside Avenue from Brimley Road, through to Ellesmere Road the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus.

Monday to Friday – Early nightly subway closures between St Clair and Finch Stations. Mon., Jan. 13 through Fri., Jan. 17, subway service on the portion of Line 1 Yonge-University between St Clair and Finch stations will end nightly at 11 p.m. to accommodate planned track work.
