The Toronto Transit Commission is committed to delivering a positive user experience for all visitors to our website, including customers with disabilities. We have strived to meet (and will continue to do so) the compliance requirements under the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, as set out by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA). The TTC has implemented an industry-leading accessibility checker for the site and worked closely with multiple accessibility vendors and the Advisory Committee for Accessible Transit (ACAT) to ensure a positive user experience for people with disabilities navigating the new TTC.ca. We will continue to work with ACAT, accessibility vendors and our new website’s accessibility checker to monitor and enhance the accessibility of the new website in compliance with the AODA.
