Customer Service Centre Office closing
The Customer Service Centre Office on the main floor of 1900 Yonge Street, will be closing November 28, 2025, to prepare the space for the Lost Articles Office to move into from Bay Station in early 2026.
Customers can continue to call the Customer Service team at 416-393-303, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week, or the Customer Information team at 416-393-4636, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week.
