Spadina-King intersection to re-open tomorrow TTC King streetcar back to regular routing

The Spadina-King intersection will re-open tomorrow morning as planned at 6 a.m. As a result, streetcar service on the 504 King and 508 Lake Shore routes will return to regular routing. Special streetcar service to the CNE on the 521 Exhibtion East route will begin, operating from King and St Andrew stations along King Street, Bathurst Street, and Fleet Street to Exhibition Loop. The 510 Spadina route will continue to be served by replacement buses between Spadina Station and Queens Quay. Streetcar service on Spadina will resume on September 1.

The work involved the reconstruction of the streetcar track and partial reconstruction of the roadway and sidewalk.
