TTC to unveil 2014 Customer Charter

TTC Chair Karen Stintz and CEO Andy Byford will unveil the second annual TTC Customer Charter tomorrow morning at Bloor-Yonge Station.
Following the announcement, TTC senior managers will hold a “meet the manager” at Bloor-Yonge Station to greet customers and share the charter with them.
