TTC 501 Queen streetcar to divert during MuchMusic Video Awards

This Sun., June 21, a section of Queen St. W. will be closed for the MuchMusic Video Awards. As a result, the Toronto Transit Commission’s 501 Queen streetcar will be required to divert.

From 8 a.m. on Sunday until 3 a.m. on Monday, the 501 will divert via Spadina Ave., King St. and Church St.

Replacement buses will operate as follows:

• Eastbound: From Bathurst St., east on Queen St. W., south on Peter St., east on Adelaide St., north on Duncan St., east on Queen St., south on George St., west on Shuter St., north on Jarvis St. to westbound routing.
• Westbound: From Jarvis St., west on Queen St., south on Simcoe St., west on Richmond St., north on Peter St., west on Queen St., north on Bathurst St., looping at Wolseley Loop, south on Bathurst St. to eastbound routing.
