Take the TTC to Krinos Taste of the Danforth
This weekend, the TTC is making it easier to get to and from the annual Krinos Taste of the Danforth festival.
In order to accommodate the more than 1.5 million people expected to attend the event from Friday to Sunday, extra service will be added on Line 2 Bloor-Danforth. Direct access to the street festival is available at Broadview, Chester, Pape and Donlands stations. Broadview and Pape stations are fully-accessible.
During the festival, Danforth Ave. will be closed from Broadview Ave. to Jones Ave., requiring the 72 Pape, 300 Bloor-Danforth and 325 Don Mills routes to divert.
From 6 p.m. on Fri., Aug. 5 to Mon., Aug. 8 at 5 a.m., the following diversions will be in effect:
- 72 Pape will operate from Donlands Station and will divert in both directions to and from Donlands Station via Carlaw Ave., Gerrard St. E., Jones Ave., Danforth Ave. and Donlands Ave.
- 300 Bloor-Danforth will divert both ways via Danforth Ave., Donlands Ave., Mortimer Ave. and Broadview Ave.
- 325 Don Mills will divert both ways via Pape Ave., Mortimer Ave., Broadview Ave., Gerrard St. E. and Carlaw Ave.
