TTC seeking public feedback on 2025 Annual Service Plan

The TTC has announced a series of public consultations during August aimed at enhancing customer engagement and gathering valuable feedback on local and overnight bus services, as the transit agency develops its 2025 Annual Service Plan.

“A customer-centric transit system relies on input from those who use it, so I encourage all TTC riders to have their say during these public consultations,” said Toronto Mayor Oliva Chow. “Toronto residents have long relied on the TTC’s bus service as a vital mode of transit, and their feedback is crucial in shaping a bus network that delivers the service improvements that riders deserve.”

“As TTC ridership continues to grow, the travel patterns and needs of customers are also changing,” said TTC Chair Jamaal Myers. “It is imperative for the TTC to stay ahead of these changes and plan its services accordingly. By designing the 2025 Annual Service Plan, the TTC aims to deliver an improved bus service that offers faster, more frequent trips and better connections for millions of weekly customers.”

“Your voice matters to us, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible transit experience,” said TTC CEO Rick Leary. “We look forward to hearing from you and working together to enhance TTC services for all our customers.”

Customers are encouraged to take a survey and attend in-person consultation events, including bus ride-along sessions, to share their priorities and preferences about local and overnight bus routes and the Community Bus Network. The TTC is also seeking feedback on service adjustments due to planned construction activities in the upcoming year.

Until August 20, customers can complete the survey by visiting https://www.ttc.ca/about-the-ttc/projects-and-plans/2025-Annual-Service-Plan. Hard copies of the survey are also available. Additionally, customers are invited to attend any of the upcoming pop-up consultation events to engage directly with TTC staff and share their feedback in person.
