Make cycling a part of your journey. We're committed to improving the integration of cycling and transit in Toronto.
Bikes and e-bikes, like other large objects, can be brought onto TTC property only during off-peak hours before 6:30 a.m., between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. and after 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, as long as they do not inconvenience other passengers and they are not operated on TTC property. E-bikes are not permitted on bike racks at the front of TTC buses due to their weight.
The TTC is committed to improving the integration of cycling and transit in Toronto. We continue to undertake bicycle initiatives to encourage customers to make cycling a part of their transit journey.
The TTC is working in collaboration with the City of Toronto to meet our shared vision of a more bicycle friendly city as outlined in the Cycling Network Plan. Some features include:
Bicycle parking at/near subway stations
Accommodation of bicycles on TTC vehicles
Bicycle access/amenities at subway stations
Whether you’re cycling as part of your commute or for recreational purposes, plan your multi-modal trip by checking to see what bicycle accommodations are available on your route.
