TrackTTC, a new way to check real-time information for buses and streetcars
Customers now have a new way to check real-time information for buses and streetcars with the introduction of TrackTTC.
Through TrackTTC via https://bustime.ttc.ca, customers can:
- track a bus and streetcar in real-time, whether the vehicles are scheduled or have gone into service as a result of an unplanned event i.e. shuttle or replacement bus.
- interact with a real-time map to see where a vehicle is, the time it will arrive, the route/branch that will arrive and how full it is. They can also see if a route is on diversion or diverting.
Customers can continue to text a stop ID to 898-882 to receive vehicle information, while waiting at a stop.
Customers can create a MyTTC e-Services account and identify a list of favourite routes and stops to receive email alerts about any service changes on their list. They can also follow @ttcnotices and check the Live Service Alerts on ttc.ca for up-to-date service information.
