Monthly Corporate Metrics

In support of our Mission, Vision and Values, the TTC produces a Monthly Corporate Metrics Report that outlines Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) measuring safety, reliability, accessibility, and efficiency. These monthly KPIs provide a snapshot of our progress, improvements and steps to enhance our services. The Monthly Corporate KPI Report will continue to evolve to support the strategic directions outlined in the 2024-2028 Corporate Plan.
